Airport terminal, Invited competition, 1-st prize
The design solutions proposed a volumetric facade-shell made of core modules. It simultaneously serves as a structural base, allowing to cover a large space of the terminal, making it free of columns.
Thanks to the spatial and rod structures, the terminal hall is spacious and really airy. The solutions chosen enhance this effect to the feeling of weightlessness.
As part of the project, it is planned to improve the territory adjacent to the airport and expand the parking area.
The construction of the facility is expected to be completed in 2025.
